Our products are designed and made with our customers in mind, and we hope you are always happy with your purchase. However, if your order is damaged or defective upon receiving it, you can return it for a refund or an exchange within 15 days upon receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original box. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. Aura Homme does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. 

For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.  You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items.  We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.
